9. Where is your physical store located? - Everywhere! all you need is an internet connection!
We currently operate exclusively online, so we do not have a physical store, and you will find the shopping experience followed by our customer service truly pleasant.
10. How can I stay updated on the latest news? - Stay up to date on the latest news by following us on social media and subscribing to our newsletter. You won't miss any collections, events or special offers!
11. How do I track my order? - All notices relating to the status of the order are sent via email.
It is therefore important to insert a valid and active email when ordering.
Once the order is completed, you will receive the email confirming receipt of the order.
When the package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
And finally you will receive an email from our manager and shipping partner containing the tracking to monitor the status of the shipment. (you may receive the items in several different shipments, as we have different warehouses)

Always check your spam box, the emails may have ended up there.
Attention: For some items we do not currently have an active tracking service, the order confirmation is valid, don't worry you will receive them anyway.

13. How do I change or cancel an order or my contact details? - If you wish to cancel or modify an order, write to us at email@example.com .
If possible, it will be canceled or modified according to your requests. This depends on the order status.

14. Why was my order cancelled? - We are committed to ensuring this never happens, but in the event that an item is out of stock, you will be refunded. Sometimes, with the last pieces available, the product may run out of stock.
15. I realized that I had the wrong telephone number or email address! What I do? - If you realize that you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact customer service immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org . We will make every effort to correct the address before shipping.
